The on-line assessment service will guide young people (participants) to create their profile and then self-assess their skills (stock-taking), attitudes, knowledge and practices in relation to the aspects, benchmarks and indicators used in the Digital and Employability Competence Charter. The e-tool could (if decided) to also provide the opportunity to use peer-assessment using the Mentoring technique which is expected to provide constructive reflections on young people’s digital literacy abilities needed for employment. Finally the tool will provide the external-assessment for validation purposes for issuing a badge at certain levels according to IO2. Endorsement procedures will be taken by partners (i.e. stakeholders, validation body etc.).
